What a Real Service Area Looks Like

Plenty of contractors list towns they have never worked in. These are ours, and here is how the coverage actually works.

Dispatched from Longview, not from another city

We are based in Longview and have been since 1957, in a 23,000 square foot facility on Cotton Street. Response time across our service area is therefore a matter of driving distance rather than waiting on a contractor dispatched from Dallas or Shreveport. For the towns nearest us that frequently means same-day attendance on a no-cooling call.

About Napps →

A large share of our service area is genuinely rural — properties on well water and septic systems, longer service runs, propane rather than natural gas in places, and outbuildings conditioned by whatever was cheapest at the time. Those jobs need a contractor who will make the drive and who understands that the assumptions differ. We do both.

Water Treatment →

Every town on this page gets the full offering: cooling, heating, plumbing, sewer and drain work, and commercial refrigeration. Holding both a Texas HVAC licence and a Texas plumbing licence means we are not sending a second contractor for the plumbing half of a problem, which matters more in a small town where the second contractor may be an hour away.

Commercial Services →

More than you would expect. Oil-boom-era housing in Kilgore and Gladewater, historic homes in Jefferson and Marshall, newer tight construction around Lindale and Hallsville, lake and seasonal property near Ore City and Avinger, and well water across most of the rural counties. Each town page sets out what actually differs about working there rather than repeating the same paragraph with the name swapped.

How a Service Call Works Anywhere We Cover

Same standard whether you are five minutes from Cotton Street or an hour out.

1
Call Answered by a Person

Any hour, any day. Emergencies are prioritised rather than queued behind routine work.

2
Diagnosed on Site

We find the actual cause rather than replacing the first plausible part. That is what stops the fault returning.

3
Price Agreed Before Work

Upfront flat-rate pricing agreed with you before anyone starts, not presented afterwards.

4
Completed and Verified

Performance confirmed, area left clean, and anything else we noticed written up for your planning.

What Brings Us Out Across East Texas

The same handful of problems, in every town on this page.

🌡️
No cooling, or cooling that no longer keeps up The most common call we take between May and September, and the one where response time genuinely matters.
🔥
No heat on the first cold night Equipment that sat idle nine months and did not wake up. It happens to whole towns on the same night here.
💧
An active leak or water staining Concealed leaks keep going until somebody finds them. Locating first avoids opening the wrong wall.
🚽
A blocked drain or main line Especially where it keeps recurring, which usually means something structural rather than bad luck.
🧊
Commercial refrigeration failing Walk-ins and ice machines, where the cost is spoiled inventory rather than discomfort.
🏢
Rooftop equipment on a business The dominant commercial equipment in East Texas, and the least frequently inspected.

What We Bring to Every Town

Both trade licences Texas HVAC under TACLA 72668C and licensed Texas plumbers, so one call covers the building.
24/7 live answer A person on the phone at any hour, not an answering service taking a message for the morning.
💳
Upfront flat-rate pricing The price agreed before work starts, wherever you are in the service area.
🏠
A local company since 1957 Not a franchise operating out of another market on a rented van.

  • 🚚
We Make the Drive Rural East Texas is part of our service area rather than an inconvenience at the edge of it.

What areas does Napps serve?

We quote upfront flat-rate pricing and agree it with you before any work starts, wherever you are. If distance affects anything on a particular job we will tell you at the quote rather than adding it afterwards.

Yes, and a large share of our service area is exactly that. Well water, septic systems, longer service runs, propane in places and outbuildings that were never part of the original system — all of it is normal work for us rather than an exception.

Yes. The line is answered by a person at any hour and emergencies are prioritised. We dispatch from Longview, so response is a function of driving distance rather than availability.

Yes — commercial HVAC, commercial plumbing and refrigeration across the whole service area, scheduled around your trading hours rather than ours.

Quite possibly. The towns listed are the ones with enough work to justify their own page, not the boundary of where we go. Call 903-758-6482 and ask.
