What We Look For
Technical ability matters, but it is not the whole thing. The habits that define the work here are diagnosing properly rather than replacing the first plausible part, measuring rather than estimating, and telling a customer the honest answer even when it is the smaller sale. Those are teachable if the attitude is right, and we would rather train the right person than hire the wrong one with a longer resume.
Training and Development
Teaching has been part of this company since the beginning — the founder taught air conditioning and refrigeration courses at Longview High School, Kilgore College and local trade schools while running the business. Our facility includes dedicated training areas, and we are NATE certified and Bryant Factory Authorized, which brings manufacturer training with it.
